Text to Poster is a generative image tool. This policy explains what the system does, what you must review, and how to report harmful or infringing output.
What is AI-generated
The poster directions and images produced by the studio are generated by APIMart's gpt-image-2-official endpoint, which uses GPT Image 2. The product marks results as AI-generated. Outputs are not photographs, eyewitness evidence, or guaranteed statements of fact.
Underlying model disclosure
The underlying image model used for text-to-poster generation is GPT Image 2, accessed through APIMart's gpt-image-2-official endpoint. APIMart is the integration and hosting provider. If the model or provider changes, we will update this policy and the product disclosure.
Before you publish
Review every output for accuracy, bias, spelling, unwanted resemblance, privacy issues, and rights clearance. Add an AI-generated disclosure whenever required by law, a platform, a client, or the context of publication. Do not use a generated poster to mislead people about a real person, event, endorsement, or product claim.
Content standards and prohibited categories
Text to Poster prohibits both prompts and outputs in these six categories: (1) pornography or other sexual/NSFW content; (2) violence or gore; (3) hate speech; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child-unsafe content; (5) deepfakes or impersonation of another person; and (6) copyright or trademark infringement. Do not request sexualized depictions of an identifiable person without consent, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, threats, fraud, or illegal instructions.
Zero-tolerance safety rules
CSAM, sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, terrorism or extremist propaganda, instructions for weapons of mass harm, and content that incites genocide or attacks a protected group are never allowed. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities where required by law.
Content moderation process
Outputs are private by default and are not automatically published to a public gallery. Reports follow this workflow: receive the report at support@texttoposter.com; perform an initial severity triage; manually review the prompt, output, generation, and account context; decide whether to warn, remove, restrict generation or downloads, suspend or terminate access, or preserve and disclose information where legally required; then notify the reporter or affected user where appropriate. Child-safety, credible violence, and imminent-harm reports receive priority. Provider safety controls may also reject a request before an image is returned, but no automated safeguard catches every harmful or infringing request.
Additional prohibited examples
Do not request child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of identifiable people without consent, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, threats, fraud, illegal instructions, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Your rights and responsibility
Only submit text, names, logos, images, and likenesses that you have the right and permission to process. You are responsible for the prompt and for the way you use or publish the result. A prompt alone does not guarantee copyright in an output; human creative selection, arrangement, and modification may matter under applicable law.
Reporting, appeals, and action
Email support@texttoposter.com to report harmful, unlawful, privacy-invading, or infringing content. Include the generation ID or account email, the reason for the report, and any evidence of your rights. If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, reply to the same address with the decision and your appeal. We may restrict access, remove an asset, preserve relevant logs, or cooperate with a valid legal request.
Limits
Automated safeguards cannot catch every harmful or infringing request, and the service may refuse legitimate content by mistake. Do not rely on Text to Poster as a safety, identity, copyright, or factual-verification system.
